Who doesn't love Disneyland? You will make them the happiest children in
the world the moment they stepped in the Disney theme park. It's one
big trip for the family. I always say we have to get them to the right
age, and I think they're ready to go now.
I have hundred of photos of this trip and
seriously it gave me a hard time to sort and choose which one to upload.
There's a new experience in every corner, in every stop and a new story that
would surely be remembered.
We had a two day pass and stayed at the
Disney Hollywood Hotel. The bus transfer to and from the Hotel/Park every 15
minutes was very easy and convenient. The tickets for the entrance
to the park were part of our holiday package. The park is fairly big so be
prepared for lots of walking. It will be very busy during the afternoon
especially when the afternoon Disney Parade comes alive. Its huge, colorful,
noisy and just plain great with all sorts of parade floats driving and marching
by. Kids loved the characters and we also enjoyed them much
The high
school musical was the first live performance we watched. But the kids
are looking for more thrill so we took some rides. Confused on which one to hop
on, we chose the single rides like the space mountain and flying dumbo...to
avoid also the very long queue.
After spending long hours of one ride to
another, we look for a nice place for the much awaited parade. Sounds
funny, but as early as 5pm, a lot of people are going crazy trying to
find a good spot for the fireworks.
...and now we're ready for the magical fireworks, surely not to be missed.
wow! such a breathtaking view....different lights dancing on the music.
Day 2. kids attended the lesson on how to draw Disney characters at Animation Academy
...but I doubt if it is Gabriel's real artwork haha
Part of our itinerary was to have a photograph with Mickey & Minnie Mouse. Yes, the terrible long queue first hour in the morning really tested our patience. But one or two hours of waiting doesn't matter anymore because we were also thrilled by seeing people dressed up as cartoon characters.
We had so much fun. My kids have
unlimited tanks of energy that they never get tired even if we have non
stop activities. It was a magical experience for all of us.....really the
Wonderful World of Disney.
